Mr. Kizer is the senior member of the firm and is semi-retired from the day to day practice of law. However, he assists persons and the courts as a mediator and arbitrator in a wide range of issues including Domestic matters; property disputes; general litigation. Mr. Kizer is a life long resident of Livingston County. He graduated in 1959 from Howell High School and thereafter attended Georgetown University School of Foreign Service graduating in 1963. He received his Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law in 1968 and was admitted to the state bar of Michigan that same year.
He has served as Prosecuting Attorney of Livingston County from 1969-1976 and has served as President of the Livingston County Bar Association and a lifetime fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation.
