    Mr. Kizer was the Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney for two terms commencing in 1968 and expiring in 1976 when he elected to reenter the private practice of law not seeking a third term in public office. Since that time, he has engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis on litigation. His practice includes representation of clients in personal injury matters, civil law suits seeking damages and other relief, and representations of persons charged with criminal violations of the law.

He has served as president of the Livingston County Bar Association and is a fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation.
