How do you determine legal fees?
Before establishing our attorney/client relationship, we will give you a detailed quote of our legal fees. It is important to any attorney/client relationship that both parties understand the finacial agreement. We will estimate our total fee wherever practical in advance. Our fee agreement will be in writing.

What if your firm does not handle our type of case?
Unlike some lawyers who attempt to be all things to all people, our goal is to assist the client in solving thier particular issue. We have affiliations with attorneys who specialize in particular areas of law and we will always refer our clients to such attorneys in those situations where there is a need to do so to protect the client.
