Rolland Sizemore, III, Attorney at Law
Of Counsel

Mr. Sizemore began his legal career working at the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office in 1995 as an Assistant Prosecutor. From 2000 until he left the office in 2005, Mr. Sizemore supervised the Sexual Assault Division, which prosecuted all the sexual assault cases (as well as other major crimes) in the county. At that time, he had the additional responsibilities of making presentations to college students (UM, EMU, and Washtenaw Community College), community groups, and police officers. Mr. Sizemore also represented the Prosecutor in several community groups and County organizations.

Mr. Sizemore left the Prosecutor’s office in 2005 and began a private practice in Ann Arbor, exclusively handling criminal cases. Throughout his 19+ years as an attorney, Mr. Sizemore has handled all types of criminal cases, from complex, multiple defendant, multiple jury, sexual assault/kidnapping cases, to speeding tickets. He has defended clients charged with murder and robbery, as well as those charged with OWI and DWLS. Two things have been constant all along: he has thoroughly enjoyed his job, and he has represented his clients with great amounts of vigor and professionalism.

Applying his talents and experience to Family Law, Mr. Sizemore has helped his clients through the toughest times of their lives: divorce and child-custody battles. He has protected his clients' rights and assets, always endeavoring to achieve the best outcomes available.

Mr. Sizemore is a 1991 graduate of Michigan State University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association in 1995. He was also admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan that same year.
